    Hi Tracy, LAMM was tough - v long day 1, not very much run-able terrain so 40% non finishers in our class but stunning location (Strathcarron) and my knee held out (completely doped up on naproxen the whole weekend mind!). You coming on wed?

    Hi Tracey yes I would recommend it we had a lovely time. When we went it was freak weather night and could not do the route so did another.  I'm planning to be at the club on wednesday so can chat about it then if you like.Ax
