Hello! Thanks for the message, it's lovely to be wanted in the XC even if I would be seriously bringing up the rear! Unfortunately I will have to give it a miss, I've moved to Horsforth so I'm going to join my local club and will try and run for them. Hopefully see you down there though! Hope training is going well, Kate x
Really sorry to hear about the injury, mega frustrating, especially at this time of the year. Our little group is getting decimated with Emily still injured. Can only hope it mends ASAP......just a thought, but have you considered looking at skeleton bobsleigh....just need to lie down and can't be anymore dangerous than running and cycling!
Good luck for Sunday and the Marathon. Sure all that training will pay dividends and as long as the knee holds out! Was thinking of doing York 10 mile, but got chance to go up to Newcastle for the weekend so couldn't turn it down. I'm sure you will do really well.
PS Brownies were really nice, although I still don't think it would still make me do the Spine race!
Welcome along Nicola! Please get yourself a profile picture and check out the upcoming events. Cheers, Kath

Wow...Bonkers time, hill training must be working! Before end of year with no injuries on for 1.35 half and 40 min 10k without doubt.
Hi Nicola, can't fathom how to reply to your message, but yes I'll be there tonight so I'll make sure I dig them out!
Thank you!

Excellent result for you. Looking very strong and fast at the finish. Hope not suffering today! Well done.
