Tuesday speed sessions take place every week through the summer.
This is a great way to improve your speed and race times, or just
to get fitter quicker. The sessions are for everyone regardless of
pace and can be adjusted to suit the individual. And they are a lot
more fun than trying to do them on your own! It can be a bit
painful (if you're doing it right) but you'll feel great
afterwards.
Come along and give it a try - we meet at the cricket pitch in
Roundhay Park at 6:30pm.
